I lost the certificates of my safety valves: what can I do in order to obtain them again? Is it possible to get a copy and if so, at which cost?

To obtain a duplicate of the safety valve certificates, send an email to info@carrarovalvole.it communicating the details of the order, or the serial number of the valves in question. In the case of INAIL test certificates, consider that the original is only the one in your possession, attached to the shipment. In any case we can provide you with a duplicate of the copy in our possession (not original) at no additional cost.

Also remember: obsolete valve cannot be re-certified, but you will need to consider to review them or buying new ones.

For other types of certificates, on the other hand, such as those of range, the reissue will cost 100 Euros.
